Cancellation Policy We completely understand that life can be unpredictable, and plans sometimes shift unexpectedly. At Mindful Medical Spa, we uphold a firm cancellation policy to provide the highest level of service and availability to our clients. To avoid a fee, please notify us at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment if you are unable to attend. To ensure proper processing, all cancellations and rescheduling must be completed through the appointment confirmation link sent via email / text at the time of booking. We are unable to guarantee changes made by phone call, text, or email. Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 48 hours, same-day cancellations, no-shows, and arrivals more than 15 minutes late will incur a $50 fee for the first offense. Arriving more than 15 minutes late is considered a no-show. A second no-show will result in a charge of 100% of the scheduled service, and full prepayment will be required before booking any future appointments. Botox Party and other event appointments canceled within 48 hours of the event start time will incur a $50 cancellation fee per scheduled service, including mini services. Please note: If you arrive for your appointment but choose to leave before being seen due to wait time or any other reason, it will be considered a late cancellation/no-show and the applicable fee will apply.
