Cancellation Policy We completely understand that life can be unpredictable, and plans sometimes shift unexpectedly. At Mindful Medical Spa, we uphold a firm cancellation policy to provide the highest level of service and availability to our clients. To avoid a fee, please notify us at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment if you are unable to attend. Changes to your appointment must be made by using the confirmation link provided at booking. •Canceling/Rescheduling within 48 hours will incur a $25 fee. •Canceling/Rescheduling within 24 hours, including day-of cancellations and no-shows, will incur a $50 fee. •If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, it will be considered a no-show, & you will be charged the applicable $50 fee. No Shows: The first time will be the $50 fee, the second time will be 100% of your scheduled service & you will then be required to prepay the full amount before booking again. •All Botox Party / Other Event cancellations made within 48 hours of the party start time incur a $50 fee per service, including mini services. •Please note: if you arrive but choose to leave prior to being seen due to wait time or any other reason, this is still considered a late cancellation/no-show. To ensure proper processing, all cancellations and rescheduling must be completed through the appointment confirmation link sent via email and text at the time of booking.
